My name is April, and I want to work with you through your fitness journey. I specialize in helping my clients restore their strength and health after accidents, operations, and childbirth while maintaining fitness goals. As a mom of two who has experienced birth both physiologically and surgically and the healing process associated with each -I’ve been where women have been and know how the long road to recovery feels after postpartum depletion. I am here to help you get your fitness goals on track!
